From 1 January 2023 the Emilia Romagna region has applied new criteria and requirements for accreditation, contained in the resolution of the Regional Council n. 201/2022.
In line with the new regional resolution, Piazza Copernico requested and obtained accreditation for the delivery of the e-learning training in the HACCP field, in line with the new requirements
As is known the training HACCP it differs according to regional regulations, and some regions, such as EMILIA ROMAGNA and SICILY, have precise and specific requirements to be respected.
While other regions allow, on the basis of the sentences of the Lazio and Campania TAR, the provision of e-learning training in their own region through platforms of companies that are accredited in other regions, Emilia Romagna requires direct accreditation from its own institutions.
In response to the request from Piazza Copernico, the Emilia Romagna region has recognized that i course content , e-learning platform have the requisites required for the provision of distance learning in the field HACCP within the region.
