The Employment Atlas resource as an opportunity for the rationalization of training planning
On 19 April 2023 Daniele Poce, Senior Partner and Digital Learning Systems and Services Director of Piazza Copernico, as part of the Skills Journey of Italian communication, explained as an official source such as the Labor Atlas – if used intelligently – can become a powerful tool available to training operators for plan and aim the didactic planning on the real skills required by the various professions.
THE ATLAS OF WORK AT THE SERVICE OF TRAINING
The Labor Atlas is a huge database of codified professions, activities and skills.
Through its use, training operators are enormously facilitated in identifying the skills necessary for each profession, in the development of a targeted training offer and - last but not least - in the certification of these skills
