PROFESSIONAL APPRENTICESHIP COURSES

The course of apprenticeship It is a mandatory training course for all workers hired under an apprenticeship contract.

Training, as an integral part of the contract stipulated between the employer and the apprentice, is an essential element for his improvement.

The training path is aimed at obtaining a professional qualification, which will be obtained following the training provided in the Individual Training Plan.

Apprenticeship Training in Lazio with Piazza Copernico

Piazza Copernico, by virtue of its accreditation with the Lazio Region, provides training courses for Apprenticeship for companies operating in this area.

The training module is divided into 40 hours of training, consisting of 3 days of 8 hours in person and 4 meetings of 4 hours in a virtual classroom.

It ends only upon reaching a frequency of at least the 80% of the expected number of hours.

In-person training is provided at the Rome office in Piazza Copernico or at the client's office, while distance training is supported by our platform Labe-l Academy via Adobe Connect, a system that ensures the attendance tracking requirements of teachers and students.

The contents of the training

The training offer includes the provision of the module “Basic and transversal skills (1st year)”, which includes the following contents:

A) Safety at work: general regulatory and organizational aspects relating to workplace safety, main risk factors, prevention and protection measures.

B) Discipline of the employment relationship: legislative discipline of the apprenticeship contract, rights and duties of workers, elements that make up the remuneration and the cost of labor.

C) Communication and interpersonal skills: evaluate personal skills and resources in relation to work and professional role, communicate effectively in the work context, analyze and resolve problematic situations, define one's position within an organizational structure.

D) Organization and economy: principles and methods of work organization in the company: roles and functions, main economic and commercial elements of the company: conditions and factors of profitability and reference context of a company, principles of quality and customer satisfaction.
