The Apprenticeship Tutor (valid for 12 and 16 hour training)

OBJECTIVES:

The course aims to describe the characteristics of the regulatory context, the functions of the company tutor and the phases of reception and insertion in the company. In addition, the issue of managing the insertion path and evaluating the results through the communication process is addressed. The general aspects of Legislative Decree 81/2008, rights, duties and sanctions of the various company subjects are also illustrated.

 

RECIPIENTS

The tutors for the apprenticeship as defined by the Law of 24 June 1997, n. 196.
