OBJECTIVES
The course aims to illustrate in detail the evolution of the legislation that regulates the performance of the RSPP-ASPP functions. What are the trainers in charge and what is the new articulation of the training path, with a focus on the ABC modules.
The course will illustrate the SINP, National Information System for prevention in the workplace, a database containing information on accidents and occupational diseases. It is clarified how to identify the qualifications valid for the purposes of exemption from attending training courses and what the evolution of the legislation has been, from Legislative Decree 626/94 to the State / Regions agreement of 7 July 2016 .
RECIPIENTS
The course target is made up of all employees and managers of prevention and protection services based on article 32 of Legislative Decree 81/2008.
