OBJECTIVES

The course aims to illustrate in detail the requirements for the protection of workers against physical risks and the key figures in the safety process. What are the effects of exposure to physical risks and the regulatory framework that forms the background to the assessment of specific risks. Organization and provision of in-company training and effective communication processes.

RECIPIENTS

The course is aimed at all employees and managers of the prevention and protection service based on art. 32 of decree 81 of 2008, the Consolidated Law on Safety at Work.

In particular, it finds a privileged application for all professional figures who need to update after five years carried out in the function. And it also extends the validity of the update to the figure of the security coordinator, in accordance with the resolutions of the state-regions conference of 7 July 2016.

The course is valid for all B modules that have been modified, compared to the 2016 legislation, which provided for a different training according to the specific ATECO sector.

The previous ATECO sectors have been eliminated and it has all been brought back to a single module B, common to all sectors.
