
OBJECTIVES
The course aims to describe the legal-regulatory aspects of safety, describe the characteristics of safety management and organization, describe the activities of worker representation and describe the provisions relating to communication, training and consultation of workers.
RECIPIENTS
The target of 8 Hour RLS Update Course it is made up of RLS in relation to the training updating obligations envisaged on the subject of safety for companies over 50 employees as established by the State-Regions agreement of 21 December 2011, published in the Official Gazette no. 8 of 11 January 2012 and subsequent amendments

REGULATORY CONTEXT
In all companies, or production units, the Workers' Safety Representative (RLS) is elected or designated. The Workers' Safety Representative (RLS) has the right to specific health training e safety, indicated in art. 37 of Legislative Decree 81/08.
One year after the completion of the 32-hour basic course, companies are legally obliged to enroll their RLS in the 4-hour refresher course on an annual basis for companies employing 15 to 50 workers and 8 hours per year for companies employing more than 50 workers.
