OBJECTIVES

The course aims to train participants on the legal and regulatory areas of health and safety in the workplace. During the course the management and organization of health and safety within the company will be deepened, in line with the indications defined following the state-regions agreement, approved on December 21, 2011.
The issues of risk assessment, communication, training and consultation of workers will also be discussed.

The following objectives have been defined at the basis of the design and implementation of the course "The consolidated text and occupational safety - Manager":

• Describe the characteristics of the legal - regulatory aspects of safety
• Describe the characteristics of the management and organization of security
• Describe how to identify and assess risks
• Describe the provisions relating to communication, training and consultation of workers

RECIPIENTS

The course target is made up of Managers as defined by art. 2, paragraph 1, letter d, with reference to the provisions of art. 37 Legislative Decree n. 81/2008 and in relation to the obligations provided for in article 18. With reference to the management and organization tasks in the company on issues of health and safety at work, also by means of models that comply with the requirements of art. 30 of Legislative Decree 81/08. in relation to the obligation of training / information on the subject of safety, as established by the State-Regions Agreement of 21 December 2011 and subsequent amendments

REGULATORY CONTEXT

Training course for Executives, as defined by art. 2 paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 81/08, according to the New State Regions Agreement (subsequent amendments)

The training course for Executives intends to provide training to personnel holding executive roles, in accordance with the contents provided for by Legislative Decree 81/08 and the State Regions agreement of 21/12/2011 and subsequent amendments.
Article. 2 paragraph 1 letter d) of Legislative Decree 81/08, defines the Manager as the person who, by reason of the professional skills and hierarchical and functional powers appropriate to the nature of the assignment, implements the employer's directives by organizing the activity working and supervising it in matters of health and safety at work.
