The Supervisors, as defined by Legislative Decree 81/2008, are fundamental professional figures in the management of safety and health at work: they supervise the work activity and guarantee the implementation of the directives received, checking their correct execution by the workers. It is important to highlight how Article 299 of Legislative Decree 81/2008 considers every worker in charge who actually supervises and controls the work of other workers, even without a specific appointment, thus identifying him as a "de facto supervisor".
