The aim of the course is to update Employers with respect to the introduction and / or changes of rules concerning safety and health in the workplace. To deepen the skills, to allow the direct performance of the prevention and protection tasks in the company also with reference to the evolution of new technologies and the introduction of new products more sensitive to the issue of safety and health in the workplace.


The target of the course RSPP Low Risk is made up of Employers who, pursuant to art. 34 of Legislative Decree 81/2008 and subsequent amendments, intend to carry out, in the cases provided for by the decree itself, the duties of the Risk Prevention and Protection Service. The course is structured according to the provisions of the State-Regions agreement of 21 December 2011, rep deeds 223, published in the Official Gazette no. 8 of 11 January 2012 in the sectors belonging to the LOW RISK macro-category and to the macro-sectors defined by the ATECO code:

  • G - wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles
  • I - activities of accommodation and catering services
  • J - information and communication services
  • K - financial and insurance assets
  • L - real estate activities
  • M - professional, scientific and technical activities
  • R - artistic, sports, entertainment and fun activities
  • S - other service activities
  • T - activities of families and cohabitation as employers for domestic staff; production of undifferentiated goods and services for own use by families and partnerships
  • U - extraterritorial organizations and bodies

The training course includes refresher courses associated with three different levels of risk depending on the nature of the risks present in the workplace, the methods of organizing work and the work activities carried out: low risk (6 hours), medium risk (10 hours ), high risk (14 hours). The State-Regions Agreement of 2011 and subsequent amendments, in addition to allowing the use of e-Learning learning methods for refresher courses (according to the criteria set out in Annex I), highlights their effectiveness in order to make the training offer adapted to the evolution of experience and technique and to guarantee the quality and effectiveness of the activities carried out.
The refresher course for low risk of the minimum duration of 6 hours, constitutes the entire amount of the Training Credit for the purposes of the mandatory five-year update pursuant to article 34 paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree no. 81 of 9 April 2008.
This course is delivered in e-learning mode in accordance with the provisions of the State-Regions Agreement of 21 December 2011, the application guidelines of the same Agreement of 25 July 2012 and the State-Regions Agreement of 7 July 2016.
