
OBJECTIVES
The course aims to address all those who have to update themselves after five years in their function; and is valid for all common / specialist modules b of the new production sectors.
RECIPIENTS
All employees and managers of the prevention and protection service.

REGULATORY CONTEXT
Article 34, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 81/2008 provides for the possibility that the Employer directly carries out the duties of the Risk Prevention and Protection Service (DL RSPP). Paragraph 2 of the same article provides that, in order to carry out these tasks, the employer must attend specific training courses and periodic updating appropriate to the nature of the risks present in the workplace and relating to work activities. The duration, minimum contents and modalities of this training for Employers were defined with the Agreement of 21 December 2011 and subsequent amendments by the Permanent Conference for relations between the State, the Regions and the Autonomous Provinces.
Training course governed pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/08 and 106/09, on safety on construction sites, aimed at engineers, geologists, architects, graduates in agricultural sciences or forestry sciences, industrial experts, agricultural experts, surveyors and technicians of the construction sector.
