OBJECTIVES

Module A constitutes the basic course for carrying out the function of RSPP and ASPP and is preparatory for access to the other modules B and C, upon completion of which the participant will reach the qualification to be able to exercise the function of RSPP-ASPP .

The aim of the course is to transfer the basic knowledge of general and specific legislation on health and safety and the tools to ensure adequate study and updating according to the continuous evolution of the same.

RECIPIENTS

The course is aimed at anyone who intends to acquire the necessary training provided for by the State Regions Agreement of 07/07/2016 to assume the role of Head of the Prevention and Protection Service (RSPP) or of Prevention and Protection Service Officer (ASPP ).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Without prejudice to participation in training courses, please note that pursuant to art. 32 paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 81/08 to perform the functions of RSPP in ASPP it is necessary to have a qualification not lower than the upper secondary education diploma. Notwithstanding the above, please refer to paragraph 3 of art. 32 of Legislative Decree 81/08.

CONTENTS

In accordance with the indications of the State-Regions agreement of 7 July 2016, for the RSPP-ASPP module A training, the course focuses on the following contents:

  • the general and specific legislation on health and safety and the tools to ensure adequate analysis and updating according to the continuous evolution of the same;
  • on all the subjects of the company prevention system, their duties and responsibilities;
  • on the functions performed by the public institutional system and by the various bodies responsible for the protection of health and safety in the workplace;
  • on the main risks dealt with by Legislative Decree no. 81/2008 and identify the prevention and protection measures as well as the methods for managing emergencies;
  • on the obligations of information, education and training towards the subjects of the company prevention system;
  • on the concepts of danger, risk, damage, prevention and protection; the methodological elements for risk assessment.
