OBJECTIVES:
The course aims to describe the general characteristics of Legislative Decree 81/2008, the main concepts dealt with in it and describe the characteristics of the rights, duties and sanctions of the various company subjects.
It also aims to illustrate all the factors that can influence safety in the workplace, causing a worsening of the working environment and working conditions.
From the unfavorable microclimate, to inadequate or excessive lighting. From the risks deriving from the use of machines and equipment without having adequate preparation up to the more traditional electrical or fire risks
RECIPIENTS:
All workers employed in both the Ho sector. Re. Ca (bars, restaurants, hotels, etc.), which have the regulatory obligation to provide training / information on the subject of safety, as established by the State-Regions agreement of 7 July 2016, published in the Official Gazette of 19 August 2016 .
