Aims

The course aims to make people aware that physical inactivity linked to a sedentary lifestyle in the workplace can create various problems at various levels, increasing the risk of: metabolic diseases (diabetes, obesity) and cardiovascular (stroke, heart attacks), of problems related to posture (low back pain, neck pain of vision and balance disorders with loss of basic motor patterns (walking, running, jumping) that our body has developed in its evolution and which now, due to all the comforts , most people are slowly losing. Strategies and useful tips will be shared to contain any risk in developing correct daily habits

  • Motor activity as an activity to prevent cardiovascular and metabolic problems: hints of the functioning of our energy and vascular system
  • Learn to recognize the correct posture and, specifically, in sedentary jobs
  • Relationship between sight, CNS and motor system
  • How to plan the correct physical activity according to the time available and which training methods are most effective for prevention

  • Practical sessions of training sessions on specific focuses

METHODOLOGY:

The training activity will be delivered by applying a methodology based on the alternation of theoretical sessions, use of emotional images and exercises capable of making the theoretical concepts expressed more effective.
