What is NOTICE 1/2023

The Notice is aimed at strengthening managerial skills that find their natural complement and prerequisite in inclusive leadership and managerial learning mindset, to the benefit of the company's competitive growth.

In this context, management is called to develop inclusive leadership based on a mix of soft and hard skills capable of proactively enhancing the team and making the organization more innovative, sustainable and resilient.

Notice 1/2023 Fondirigenti

WHAT FINANCES NOTICE 1/2023

The Beneficiaries to which the Notice is addressed are all member and new member companies a Fondirigenti, with the exception of large companies.

The Recipients of the training interventions are the executives employed in the companies adhering to Fondirigenti.

Providers must fall into at least one of the following categories, under penalty of impossibility of assignment:

  • Body accredited in the region;
  • Entity in possession of the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 Certification (EA sector 37) and subsequent editions;
  • Italian/foreign university;
  • Body with an internationally certified quality management system;
  • Entity referred to in art. 1 of law 40/87 recognized by the Ministry of Labour;
  • Technical Institute and Higher Technical Institute - ITS which issue secondary education qualifications;
  • Professional in possession of suitable certification;
  • Professional with at least 5 years of experience relating to the training content to be provided.

Contribution:

The eligibility parameters are as follows:

  • funding of more than one Plan to the same company will not be permitted;
  • the maximum eligible funding cannot exceed i 12.500 €;
  • expenses for preparatory and accompanying activities cannot exceed 12,5% ​​of the total costs excluding the cost of training participants;

operating and management expenses cannot exceed 5% of the total costs, excluding the cost of training participants.

SUBMISSION TERMS

It will be possible to submit applications for admission to the contribution up to 21 June 2023.

PRESENTATION METHODS

The presentation of the training plans can be made exclusively online, through the private area of ​​the companies on the portal of Fondirigenti.

Access to the Reserved Area will be available from 12.00 on 15 May 2023 until 12.00 on 21 June 2023.

Each company will be able to choose only one of the following 9 areas of training within 3 macro areas: Innovation, Sustainability and Resilience.

Sustainability

  2. Social sustainability
  3. Economic sustainability

Resilience (links to the ability of companies to prevent and adapt to disruptive events)
