NEW SKILLS FUND 2025

Il New Skills Fund it is a call for tenders aimed at accompanying the processes of digital and ecological transition of employers, as well as to promote new employment, through the recognition of a contribution on part of the hourly cost of workers involved in training courses.
Funds employee training on organizational, process and product innovation.

The training plan must include at least one of the following areas:

  • Technological and digital systems
  • Introduction and development of artificial intelligence
  • Sustainability and environmental impact
  • Circular economy
  • Ecological transition
  • Energy efficiency
  • Corporate welfare and organizational well-being

Private employers, including publicly held companies as per Legislative Decree no. 175 of 2026, who have signed collective agreements to reschedule working hours aimed at training courses to increase workers' skills, may access the scheme.
It is mandatory to join an Interprofessional Fund and to entrust the training to an institution accredited by the Region, such as Piazza Copernico.

Piazza Copernico supports companies in the design of the Training Plan and in the administrative process of obtaining the incentive measure, supporting them in the following activities:
