Aims

The course aims to make people understand how stress can be our friend who allows us to better manage our daily lives, using it to generate creative energy in solving everyday problems. Being aware of our ailments and how willing we are to want to generate small changes in our personal and working life to achieve better psycho-physical well-being.

METHODOLOGY:

The training activity will be delivered by applying a learning methodology based on active experimentation and conceptualisations. Through practical exercises, group reflections, debriefing with in-depth videos.
