THE POWER OF KIND LEADERSHIP

OBJECTIVES:

Inspired by the book RE-EVOLUTION by Bianca Straniero Sergio and Guido Stratta, the course is part of the activities of the Academy of Kindness (www.accademiadellagentilezza.it ), a sort of alliance that aims to promote kindness in the country system, to create a context for a balanced and sustainable model of development of people, culture and economy.

This is not a traditional course, but one vLIFExperience: video sketches that tell life experiences, created in collaboration with the ambassadors ofAcademy of Kindness and commented by industry experts.

2 videos in 5 episodes, to understand what it means to be a kind leader.

Inclusive course with the possibility of activating both subtitles (multilingual) sized at will, and the LIS interpreter on the screen.
