Learning assessment is always a central theme in education. Especially today, when we're talking about skills based organization. But how Do ? The final tests are still sufficient course ? How many times si happensno i corsi e-learning, si exceeds the final test, but after a few days it dimentica most of the information? What are we measuring with the test? How useful is the data from the end-of-course test still to companies? What are the real impacts in terms of learning and readiness of people? In a fast-paced and stimulating world, the traditional rating systems and they measure short-term memory, they offer transient and increasingly volatile information.

How to measure the skills Really ? How to ensure learning consolidation processes?
And in an increasingly adaptive training process, what should and can we measure? The real crux is this: evaluating and adapting are two processes that often exist in separate silos. On one side, there are assessment tools (tests, exercises, and simulations) designed to capture a moment. On the other, there are training programs that proceed linearly, the same for everyone, regardless of who is participating. The result is training that can be effective for some and completely inadequate for others.
Adaptivity introduces a different logic: the path changes based on individual needs. But this approach raises new questions.
- How do you measure a complex skill?
- How do you balance personalization with consistency in training objectives?
- How do you manage this complexity in contexts with time, budget, and compliance constraints?

We will answer these and other questions to Innovation Training Summit the 27 March in our workshop "Adaptive learning: tailored learning, comparable assessments".
