Technology applied to training can be an opportunity to help those in a difficult situation. But if not used correctly, it risks becoming another barrier.
Right from the design of a training product, we must be aware that each of us can find ourselves in a situation of exclusion, permanent or temporary. To ensure the accessibility and inclusiveness of digital training, we therefore respect the principle "Solve for one, extend to many”, in the service of collective intelligence.
