THE TRAINING PROJECT “BEYOND BARRIERS: BUILDING AN ACCESSIBLE WORK ENVIRONMENT” IS STARTING

The reintegration into the workplace of people with work-related disabilities is at the heart of the training project En.Bi.Euro aimed at companies

THE OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT

The project, in line with the aims of the Notice INAIL for the financing of training and information projects on reintegration and Work integration of people with disabilities – will have the aim of developing a training path capable of providing companies with knowledge on the subject of reintegration and work integration of people with work-related disabilities.

The main aim of the project is to promote a training and information activity that can provide employers, workers and job seekers with the cognitive and behavioural tools necessary to increase the adoption of behaviors that guarantee equal rights for workers with disabilities.

The initiative of the Project is En.Bi.Euro, a recently established European bilateral body that promotes cooperation and dialogue between the social partners.

THE TRAINING COURSE

The training course, which will be activated in the Lazio Region, will have a total duration of 150 hours, structured in 10 editions, in webinar mode, with 20 participants for each edition.

The Project aims to transfer knowledge and skills in order to:

  • update all staff involved on disability issues;
  • strengthen interventions aimed at reinforcing the culture regarding the protections that the legal system provides to guarantee equal rights for workers with disabilities, with particular attention also to actions that contribute to promoting the social responsibility of the company;
  • promote a management style that sees the management and protection of disability as a common heritage to be preserved, through the development and management of human resources and the valorization of differences and talents, bringing the relationship between the person and the organization of work back to the center.

Training plans have been planned starting from from mid-October.
