Complex Business Cases within realistic scenarios respond to the need to place organizational figures in work situations in order to trigger - and analyze - certain behaviors. In the Business Cases there are different characters, scenarios, game strategies and a scoring system on the skills performed. Each scenario requires the participant to identify the best "managerial / managerial" path with respect to complex and critical situations, making the best use of the decisions and available resources to achieve the expected objectives.
