A new digital course just added to the catalog as a good luck base for the new year was born as a special project, designed to raise awareness and promote inclusive culture.

The course aims to promote a working environment where relationships are based on:

- on an inclusive language,
- on respectful working practices.
It also provides tools to prevent and manage any harassment and violence at work, thus promoting the spread of safe and inclusive working environments that guarantee the well-being of all people.
The course has been designed in an innovative format LearningTalk in order to offer a clear, engaging and accessible training experience.
