On March 22, 2019, during the AIF conference "The human factor", the awards ceremony of the IV edition of the Prize took place AIF "Adriano Olivetti", which has the purpose of disseminating good practices regarding innovative paths of learning and enhancement of people.
The event was attended by over 60 companies with over 80 projects.
The acknowledgments of this edition were assigned above all with a view to highlighting the excellence for the various types of technical methodological area of training and participation.
Our e-learning project "Train managerial talent" developed for the customer INAIL , has had three awards in three particularly relevant areas:
I classified in the Research & Innovation Area
I Classified in the New Technology Section
I Classified for Small and Medium Enterprises
Our project, requested byINAIL to involve central and territorial management in an experience that - through gamification - could support management personnel in further maturing their management skills, was judged as a truly innovative project.
A recognition that we are particularly proud of, because it rewards our ongoing commitment to Research and Development.
Cinzia Mezzetti and Serena Di Sanno collected the prize for Piazza Copernico, together with INAIL Training Manager Cesare Parisi.
