Gaining greater control of ourselves through the breath. Breath is a meta-technique that aims at the well-being of the person. Each of us can learn to breathe correctly and thus obtain surprising results for the balance and efficiency of the system: Body - Mind - Spirit - Emotions.

METHODOLOGY:

The training activity will be delivered by applying a methodology based on the alternation of theoretical sessions, use of emotional images and exercises capable of making the theoretical concepts expressed more effective.
