Level 1 Help Desk, dedicated to LMS platform managers.
It is a service dedicated to solving technical needs (browsing the training site and e-learning courses)

Technical verification of the compatibility of e-learning courses with various LMS platforms, including traceability, recording of test results, and interaction with the system.
Upload courses in SCORM format to an LMS platform, allowing users to access them from any device.
They are also possible services related to use of the Virtual Classroom, such as Editing and converting the delivered Lesson into SCORM.

A SCORM delivery and tracking engine designed and built by Piazza Copernico regulates and records the use of the videos, thus transforming any video available to the customer into a WBT SCORM 1.2 usable in streaming.
This solution is compliant to the training regulations according to the requirements established by the various control and supervisory bodies, and has also been approved for use with the regulatory bodies of compulsory training on various subjects and for various professional orders.

Both during the delivery of courses on the platform and during the holding of events in the physical or virtual classroom, a Process Tutor, with the aim of training and supporting the and in using the tools and providing reception and technical support to participants.
This activity is strategically very important for the purposes of training effectiveness, because it allows the speakers and participants to concentrate on the content part of the course.
Furthermore:
- Within the classroom courses, you can use the function PCO QR Code, which allows for the automation of attendance recording.
- Within the WBT courses, in the catalog or created ad hoc, it is possible to insert the AI tutor PiCO, Intelligent Tutoring System trained for teaching support adaptive.

Project Management Office, which supports the company in coordinating, monitoring, and standardizing training projects, ensuring that training activities are aligned with the company's strategic objectives and guaranteeing the quality and consistency of training processes from inception to completion.
It oversees all activities related to the training process, from basic tasks such as uploading and activating courses to the platform, enrolling participants, managing automatic emails, to periodic checks and support and/or corrective actions.

Ad hoc reporting activities, with a customizable user interface, can be activated on demand to track the use of training activities delivered on the platform and in the virtual classroom: access statistics, course usage statistics, student statistics, and test results processing.

From training data we can move on to “predictive analytics and criticality detecting”, to understand and compare the different learning experiences (from SCORM, to webinars, to classrooms, to hybrid learning) and thus improve both data management in the LMS and the results of corporate training.
