Il 21.01.2025 the training offer presentation event took place Zurich Academy 2025, an event aimed at a general audience 1200 employees of the Zurich group.
PIAZZA COPERNICO, present with Sestilia Cherubini, Daniele Poce and Marta Spallone, had the opportunity to illustrate in front of this important audience not only the data recorded during this multi-year collaboration, but also the main innovations of the Digital Upskilling Plan 2025, where he will manage classroom delivery activities.
A solid collaboration
Our collaboration with Zurich does not only concern the mandatory training of the intermediary networks, but also a series of training courses offered to the group's employees, over 40 titles and over 60 hours dedicated to digital, technical, soft skills and the ABC of insurance.
Furthermore, a Digital Upskilling project, specifically customized, set with classroom training during 2024, on Excel, Access and Power Point.
The news of 2025
Among the main novelties presented by Sestilia Cherubini and Marta Spallone:
- The training plan integrated with new courses
In addition to replicating the Excel, Power Point and Access course editions, the offering will be integrated with courses on Power BI, SAS Programming and VBA.
- Introduction of a Questionnaire for the Evaluation of Entry Skills
An initial skills assessment questionnaire will be introduced, delivered through the LMS platform, in order to create homogeneous classes in terms of entry skills and therefore design more targeted interventions, maximizing their training effectiveness.
