vLIFExperience "THE KIND LEADERSHIP"
Not just a training course, but one vLIFExperience, built through a series of video sketches that recount plausible work experiences, conceived by Piazza Copernico, the only Digital Learning company involved since design in theAcademy of Kindness.
A total of 5 episodes and 10 situations.
Methodology
It was inspired by Kolb's Learning Cycle, aiming at a learning path emotional ed experiential.
Three levels of development of the topic:
Feel

Un Video Emotional about 1 minute, the manifesto of the Academy of Kindness.
Suggestions in motion graphics in fragments, narrated directly by the Ambassadors of Kindness Guido Stratta and Bianca Straniero Sergio.
Act
EXPERIENCE TO BUILD THE BEST VERSION OF OURSELVES
Un In & Out Video about 30 minutes, organized in episodes.
Identification and irony are the drivers of a series of episodes that compare dichotomous work situations, in which gentle leadership can really make a difference:

Comprehend
DEVELOP THE MINDSET OF KINDNESS
Un documentary of about 30 minutes, also organized in episodes, in which fictional events are presented as if they were real with a documentary language.
The Ambassadors of Kindness guide the reading of the episodes, to facilitate awareness of the values of Kind leadership.
Method of use
Depending on the needs, the project can be used in two ways:
Single course of about 1 hour that can be used entirely online
