Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30 June 2003 has the purpose of ensuring that the processing of your personal data takes place in compliance with the rights, fundamental freedoms and dignity of the people, with particular reference to confidentiality and personal identity. Therefore it is our duty to inform you about our privacy policy.


1.1 We inform you, pursuant to art. 13 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data, that the personal data you provided when registering on the site www.piazzacopernico.it (hereinafter "Site"), or otherwise acquired in the context of the services provided by the Site, may be processed for purposes related to the site itself. After sending contact communications or posting messages and comments also in social channels attributable to the company Piazza Copernico, pursuant to art. 130 paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 we can send you e-mails relating to services similar to those provided and you can oppose this sending of e-mails at any time.

1.2 Your data will be used, if authorization is provided, for sending information and commercial offers, also by third parties to whom it will be possible for the site manager (hereinafter "Owner") to communicate personal data provided by you (only for registered users).


2.1 The data are collected by the subjects indicated in point 5, according to the indications of the Privacy Code, with particular regard to the minimum security measures provided (articles 33-34) as regards their treatment using IT tools (art. 35). , manual and automated with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated above and in any case in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.


3.1 The provision of personal data by you is absolutely optional; however, any refusal to insert them on the page dedicated to registration for the purposes of providing the service referred to on the Site (point 1.1) makes it impossible to use the service itself.

3.2 The provision of your personal data is optional for commercial purposes (point 1.2) and any refusal to give consent has no consequences on the provision of the service.


4.1 The data collected for the purpose of providing the service provided by the Site may be communicated to companies that perform functions strictly connected and instrumental to the services provided by the Site, aimed at verifying that the publication of the advertisements is not aimed at violating the property rights belonging to third parties.

4.2 The data collected for commercial purposes (point 1.2) may also be transferred to third parties for sale or attempted sale, or for all those purposes of a commercial and / or statistic lawful nature. The subjects to whom the data may be transferred will be companies falling into the following categories: a) banking; b) insurance; c) legal, commercial and financial advice; d) digital or paper publishing; e) transport; f) motor vehicles; g) telephone products and services; h) production of mobile devices; i) home automation; l) robotics. The list of subjects to whom your personal data have been transferred may be requested from the Data Controller by using the e-mail address found in point 6.2.


5.1 The Data Controller is mr. Marco Luzzatto.

5.2 The Data Controller uses external Data Processors to achieve the purposes specified in points 1.1 (technical purposes related to the provision of the service) and 1.2 (commercial purposes) and to request the complete list, simply send an email to the dedicated e-mail address which is indicated in point 6.2.

5.3 The Data Controller has appointed its consultants and collaborators in charge of the treatment.


6.1 We remind you that, at any time, you retain the right to know what data you have entered and how they are used, as well as to update, integrate, correct or request cancellation or blocking or to oppose their treatment if carried out in violation of the law, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003

7.1 The site uses cookies from text files which are exchanged with the browser that visits www.piazzacopernico.it.
