Aims

  • The course explores the issue of energy expenditure; our personal energy is the most important resource, by virtue of how much we have and its quality we are able to efficiently and effectively manage the activities of our day (work and otherwise), relationships, commitments, and, in general, to live with well-being.

METHODOLOGY:

The training activity will be delivered by applying a methodology based on the alternation of theoretical sessions, use of emotional images and exercises capable of making the theoretical concepts expressed more effective.
