THE USE OF METAPHORS IN TRAINING. AND WHAT WILL HAPPEN NOW?

RECITALS

Pesaro was proclaimed Italian Capital of Culture 2024.
From the Municipality's website: "Pesaro 2024 will be a journey shared with the entire provincial territory to investigate the nature of culture, a theme that expresses the desire to explore all the interactions - published and unpublished - between art, nature and technology."

An objective in which we recognize ourselves, and also for this reason we wanted to plan this year a series of interviews with a trainer, or even better a inspirer, who lives and works in this beautiful city, Michele Bresciani.

The interview was conducted for Piazza Copernico by Cinzia Mezzetti, pioneer of digital training in Italy.

BUT DO METAPHORS REALLY WORK?

We don't want to give spoilers, we recommend watching the video directly Michele Bresciani, in a brilliant and ironic way, addresses the topic.

Let's just highlight a concept on which we fully agree: metaphors can work if they are not an isolated training episode, they work if they are included in a broader and more complex training path. In this case they give us the opportunity to compare ourselves with other experiences, and stimulate us to observe things from a different perspective than the one we usually use.
