The first edition of the LEARNING FORUM will be held on 23 June 2022, the Italian event dedicated to learning in companies and institutions, an event in a hybrid form, both in person and with remote participation.
The Forum, which involves as Speaker Training Managers, CHRO, Chief Learning Officer and Experts in the world of learning and Human Resources, intends to bring out the news and challenges that have emerged in the managerial, public and private world, also due to the pandemic , and the reorganization that this has entailed in the world of training.
Is it possible to exploit the “good” in digital without giving up the advantages of face-to-face training? What advantages does technology offer today? And again, what are the new skills that remote control requires? What tools, reflections and strategies must the world of education devise to keep up with these changes?
These are some of the themes to which an intense day of exchange of experiences will be dedicated.
